Working towards not quite ultralight gear

In 2018 I did my first multi-week through walk and my first serious work on trying to get my pack weight down. I also created my first home made backpack. I'd made a variety of sacks and covers over the years, often from scrap materials and not really light weight. In 2018 I started to play with DCF and related materials. I would probably have been better off taking the as bought machine straight to them rather than trying my own restoration (in particular overspray from painting caused a lot of issues despite me thinking I'd done lots of masking as I went). Tennessee Attachments ( http://www.tennattachment.com/ )  have some videoes on youtube and supply a variety of attachments and modifications for them. Another possible source for parts is  https://www.goldbergsupply.com/   although their shipping...
